Within the first 6 months, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the candidate you hired and they are terminated or resign, The Human Capital Group will conduct the replacement search for free.

After 6 months, and up to one year, we believe the client should have mutual ownership in the success or failure of an employee. Therefore, should the candidate hired be terminated or resign during this time period, The Human Capital Group will conduct the replacement search for half price.
